We're Paul Mewes and Max Meyer, and we want to buy and run a business for the long term.

We both grew up around people who built companies. Paul's dad started a distribution business in the Bay Area and ran it for about 20 years, and Max's family built an HVAC and home services company in Memphis. We know how hard it is to build a great company, and we don't take that lightly.
